FULL PRICED ITEMS
We are happy to process refunds, exchanges or store credits for any full priced items that don't quite suit.
Make sure your order is within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and packaging.
We reserve the right to deny a return if items are used, soiled or damaged in any way - these items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Returns are at owner's expense. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to PQ Collection. Refunds will not be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Sale, Outlet and Clearance items can be returned for an exchange or store credit but cannot be returned for a refunded unless product is deemed to be faulty.
Full Priced items that were purchased with a promotional discount code can still be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Your return can take up to 8 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
All refunds processed must be done via the payment method that was used to place the order. e.g. if you payed with Paypal, your refund will go straight back into your Paypal account. If you paid with AfterPay, you will be refunded what you have paid so far.
