Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, China, Taiwan area, India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

Processing Times

We endeavour to have all orders placed before 3pm AEST shipped the same day. This is circumstantial as peak and sale periods may result in delays, however we always work hard to fulfil as many orders as possible.

 

Shipping Times

PQ Collection ships exclusively with Australia Post. Orders shipped using express options generally take 1-3 business days to arrive within Australia, and 2-6 business days internationally. Orders shipped using standard options can take 3-21 business days, depending where your order is being sent. You can check with Australia Post for approximate shipping times to your location here (enter our postcode: 4101).

 

Tracking/Signature on Delivery

Every package that is sent requires a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package it will be held for you at your local post office. Should you wish to not sign for your package and want to request an Authority To Leave (ATL), please email our customer service team at sales@pqcollection.com or call +61 7 3846 4670. Please note that this service may incur additional processing times.

Once your package has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please track your package regularly as it may be returned to sender after being held at the post office for a period of one week.

 

International Taxes/Customs Charges

Some countries enforce import taxes or customs fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and PQ Collection does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes/customs charges that may be relevant to you, please contact your local customs office.

 

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to make any changes to your order you can email hello@pqcollection.com or phone +61 7 3846 4670. Please provide us with the correct changes and include your order number and name.

Please note changes can't be made once the parcel leaves PQ Collection as it becomes property of the courier company.
